There was another order that experienced an issue and was returned, and I mistakenly confused one of your multiple email addresses with that customer’s. This made it difficult to keep communication clear and accurately track your specific order.
Please note that I’m unable to take further action on an order marked as delivered, but I will be documenting all of our email communications and forwarding them to your bank as part of the chargeback process for reference.
To clarify — your order shows as delivered, while the other customer’s order (the one originally mixed up) has already been re-shipped to their correct address.
